The family Anglada Torres

Fang i Aram was founded in 2003 as an organic supermarket. After more than 10 years committed to ecological health and natural living in Menorca, the family “Anglada – Torres” embarked on a new venture: the first 100% vegetarian restaurant of Menorca.

The chef, Sion Torres, for more than 25 years have been linked to the world of natural and organic health, and the restaurant has allowed her to capture all the knowledge acquired through courses and experience, but especially her mother Antonia and grandmother Maria. This concern led to merge the vegetarian cultura with the traditional Menorcan cuisine, resulting of these are: the “Frit mallorquí” with seitan, “pumpkin pie and monyaco” vegan version, All-i-oli, paella black rice with mushrooms of Earth, among others.

All this would not be possible without the help of her husband, Andreu Anglada, and their two children, Andreu and Neus, who are also involved in the family business.
